  • Chicken Quesadilla -- Flour tortilla filled with boneless chicken breast, smoked cheddar, red bell pepper and scallions. Served with guacamole and sour cream.

Salads

  • Chicken Caesar Salad -- Crisp romaine lettuce topped with marinated grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, garnished with tomato and served with a traditional Caesar dressing.
  • Cobb Salad -- Fresh mixed greens topped with bacon, avocado, turkey, bleu cheese, hard cooked eggs, olives, tomato, cheddar cheese and alfalfa sprouts.
  • Tuna Salad -- Fresh albacore tuna in a light mayonnaise dressing. Served with tomato and cucumber and garnished with fresh fruit.
  • Fruited Chicken Salad -- Chicken salad with grapes, almonds and crunchy celery garnished with fresh fruit. Served with a croissant.
  • Spinach Salad -- Tender spinach topped with grilled chicken strips and tossed with egg, bacon, mushroom, Parmesan cheese. Served with a warm bacon dressing.
  • Season's Best -- Selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Served with choice of yogurt or cottage cheese and a muffin.

Sandwiches

  • Traditional Club -- Toasted whole wheat topped with shaved turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
  • The Reuben -- Shaved corned beef or turkey with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing on grilled rye bread.
  • French Dip -- Thinly sliced lean roast beef served warm on a French roll with provolone cheese. Served with horseradish and au jus for dipping.
  • Grilled Chicken Sandwich -- Grilled boneless chicken breast topped with bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on a grilled roll.
  • Bacon Cheddar Burger -- Sirloin burger broiled and topped with cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Patty Melt -- Broiled sirloin burger topped with Swiss cheese and onions, served on rye bread.
  • BLT -- Bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on whole wheat toast.
