Appetizers
  • Chicken Quesadilla -- Flour tortilla filled with boneless chicken breast, smoked cheddar, red bell pepper and scallions. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
  • Skins Supreme -- Potato skins topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and garden onions. Served with sour cream.
  • Oysters Rockefeller -- Five baked oysters on the half shell topped with sautéed spinach, onions, bacon and hollandaise sauce.
  • Coconut Shrimp -- Five breaded coconut shrimp deep fried and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Sandwiches

  • Bacon Cheddar Burger -- Sirloin burger broiled topped with cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Rueben -- Shaved corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing on rye bread.
  • Portabella Mushroom & Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich -- Grilled fresh Portabella mushrooms with roasted red peppers, provolone cheese and a vinaigrette dressing served hot on pumpernickel.
  • Turkey Club -- Toasted whole wheat topped with shaved turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

  • Cobb Salad - Fresh mixed greens topped with bacon, avocado, turkey, bleu cheese, hard cooked egg, olives, tomato, cheddar cheese, and alfalfa sprouts.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad -- Crisp romaine lettuce topped with marinated grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, garnished with tomato and served with a traditional Caesar dressing.
  • Fruited Chicken Salad -- Chicken salad with grapes, almonds and crunchy celery garnished with fresh fruit. Served with a croissant.
  • Spinach Salad -- Tender spinach topped with grilled chicken strips and tossed with egg, bacon, mushroom, Parmesan cheese. Served with a warm bacon dressing.

  • Chicken Dijon -- Lightly flour dusted and sautéed chicken breast garnished with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.
  • Chicken with Mango Chutney -- Lightly flour dusted and sautéed chicken breast topped with a sweet mango chutney sauce.

Beef, Pork & Veal

  • Steak & Shrimp -- Ten ounce strip steak grilled-to-order with four fantail breaded shrimp.
  • Strip Steak -- Ten ounce strip steak grilled-to-order and topped with onions and mushrooms.
  • Veal Parmesan -- Breaded veal patty over pasta topped with tomato, provolone cheese and marinara sauce.
  • Apricot Pork -- Grilled seasoned pork tenderloin glazed with an apricot cream sauce.

  • Salmon in Puff Pastry -- Eight ounce salmon fillet wrapped in puff pastry and baked a golden brown. Served with a ber blanc sauce.
  • Coconut Shrimp -- Ten breaded coconut shrimp deep fried and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.
  • Mahi Mahi -- Meaty Mahi Mahi pan seared withteriyaki sauce, olive oil, spiced pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  • Tilapia -- Two four ounce fillets, sauteed and drizzled with a lime cream sauce.
  • Scrod -- Sautéed in a citrus butter sauce.
  • Shrimp & Scallops Tapas -- Sautéed shrimp and scallops tossed with mushrooms, bacon, garlic and crushed red pepper. Drizzled with a light Sherry sauce.
