Luncheon Buffet (minimum 15 people)
  • Sandwich Buffet - Fresh assorted breads, sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, salami, sliced tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce, pickles, coleslaw, potato salad, chips, coffee, tea or sodas.
  • Mexican Buffet - Seasoned beef to create your favorite taco or burrito, floured tortilla, taco shells, refried beans, Mexican rice, chips & salsa, guacamole, sour cream, coffee, tea or sodas.
  • Salad Buffet - Fresh cut fruit bowl, pasta salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, Waldorf salad, tossed salad with tomato and cucumber, mini croissants, coffee, tea or sodas.
  • Sirloin Burger Buffet - Sirloin burgers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, french fries, potato salad or pasta salad, tossed salad, coffee, tea or sodas.
Add Soup or Homemade cookies to any buffet for an additional charge.

Luncheon Entrees

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu - Tender breast of chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and baked golden brown.
  • Beef Tips - Served over buttered noodles or rice.
  • Chicken Picatta - Sautéed breaded chicken breast cooked in a lemon wine sauce with capers.
  • Chicken A La King - Diced chicken in a creamy sauce with carrots, peas and celery served over biscuit.
  • Quiche - Lorraine or Vegetable - served with fresh fruit cup and hash browns.
  • Tilapia - Four ounce fillet, sautéed and drizzled with a lime cream sauce.
  • Mango Chutney Chicken - Lightly flour dusted and sautéed chicken breast topped with a sweet mango chutney sauce.
  • Veal Parmesan - Lightly breaded veal patty sautéed golden brown. Topped with Marinara sauce and provolone cheese. Served with pasta.
  • Meatloaf - Mini meatloaf served with brown sauce.
All entrees are served with garden salad, potato or rice, vegetable, rolls, butter and coffee, tea or sodas.

Luncheon Sandwiches

  • Traditional Club - Toasted whole wheat topped with shaved turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
  • French Dip - Thinly sliced lean roast beef served warm on a french roll with provolone cheese. Served with horseradish and au jus for dipping.
  • Stuffed Croissant - Croissant stuffed with tuna, chicken or shrimp salad, lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.
  • Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Chicken breast marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, grilled and served on a Kaiser roll.
  • Veggie Wrap - Tomato tortilla layered with humus, alfalfa sprouts, roasted red pepper, tomato and lettuce, rolled into an inviting wrap.
  • Pike Sandwich - Lightly breaded walleye pike with alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes and lettuce on a sub bun.
All sandwiches include choice of potato salad, french fries or chips and coffee, tea or sodas.

Luncheon Salads

  • Fruited Chicken Salad - Chicken salad with grapes, almonds and crunchy celery garnished with fresh fruit. Served with a croissant.
  • Season’s Best - Selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Served with choice of yogurt or cottage cheese and a low fat muffin.
  • Cobb Salad - Fresh mixed greens topped with bacon, avocado, turkey, bleu cheese, hard cooked egg, olives, tomato, cheddar cheese and alfalfa sprouts.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce topped with marinated grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, garnished with tomato and served with a traditional Caesar dressing.
  • Orange Salad with Beef - Romaine lettuce topped with seared sliced top round, grilled orange slices, mushrooms, sliced almonds, croutons and parmesan cheese with orange Caesar dressing.
  • Strawberry Chicken Salad - Mixed salad greens topped with crumbled bleu cheese, grilled chicken, strawberries and walnuts. Served with a honey-ginger dressing.
  • Oriental Shrimp Salad - Fresh greens with pea pods, bean sprouts and julienne carrots topped with sautéed shrimp and an oriental ginger dressing.
All salads include rolls and coffee, tea or sodas.
