Salad Lovers - Fresh cut fruit bowl, pasta salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, Waldorf salad, tossed salad with tomato and cucumber, mini croissants, coffee, tea or sodas.

Fruited Chicken Salad - Chicken salad with grapes, almonds and crunchy celery garnished with fresh fruit. Served with a croissant. All salads include rolls and coffee, tea or sodas.
Season’s Best - Selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Served with choice of yogurt or cottage cheese and a low fat muffin.
Chicken Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce topped with marinated grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, garnished with tomato and served with a traditional Caesar dressing. Can also be topped with salmon or shrimp.
Strawberry Chicken Salad - Mixed salad greens topped with crumbled bleu cheese, grilled chicken, strawberries and walnuts. Served with a honey-ginger dressing.
Oriental Chicken Salad - Mixed greens, teriyaki glazed grilled chicken breast, crispy noodles, mandarin oranges, sesame seeds and almonds tossed with a special oriental dressing.
