Mexican Fiesta - Seasoned beef to create your favorite taco or burrito, floured tortilla, taco shells, refried beans, Mexican rice, chips & salsa, guacamole, sour cream, coffee, tea or sodas.

Salad Lovers - Fresh cut fruit bowl, pasta salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, Waldorf salad, tossed salad with tomato and cucumber, mini croissants, coffee, tea or sodas.

All American - Sirloin burgers and hot dogs, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potato salad, chips, tossed salad bowl, coffee, tea or sodas.

Assorted Deli Wraps - Choice of tossed salad bowl or Caesar salad, pasta salad and choice of two wraps: Chicken Caesar, Vegetarian, Beef & Cheddar or Ham & Swiss

Entree (choice of two) - Meat Lasagna, Chicken Kiev, Chicken Picatta, Herb Chicken Breast, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Sirloin Tips with Noodles, Apricot Pork Loin, Sliced Pork Loin with Pan Gravy or Penne Pasta with Portobello Mushrooms, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach in Garlic Olive Oil or Alfredo Sauce

(Choice of Two) - Harvest Blend Rice, Wild Rice Blend, Au Gratin Potatoes, Parsley Buttered Red Skin Potatoe, Creamy Whipped Potatoes, Corn O'Brien, Glazed Baby Carrots, Herbed Peas and Carrots, Broccoli Spear, Fresh Cauliflower or Whole Green Beans with Roasted Red Peppers or Almonds

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Tender breast of chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and baked golden brown. Served with supreme sauce

Chicken Kiev - Boneless chicken breast stuffed with butter and herbs.

Sirloin Tips - Served over buttered noodles or rice.

Chicken Picatta - Sautéed breaded chicken breast cooked in a lemon wine sauce with capers.

Tilapia Imperial - Tender white fish topped with asparagus and shrimp, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce.
All above entrees are served with garden salad, potato or rice, vegetable, rolls, butter and coffee, tea or sodas.
Quiche - Slice of Quiche Lorraine or Vegetable Quiche. Served with house salad, steamed broccoli, rolls, butter and coffee, tea or soda
Luncheon Sandwiches
Stuffed Croissant - Croissant stuffed with tuna or chicken salad, lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.

Cranberry Turkey Sandwich - Sliced turkey breast on a honey wheat roll topped with lettuce and cranberry almond puree.

Chicken Wrap - Caesar or Ranch (choose one) Soft tortilla stuffed with chicken, lettuce and choice of sauce.

Veggie Wrap - Tomato tortilla layered with humus, roasted red pepper, tomato and lettuce, rolled into an inviting wrap.
All sandwiches include choice of pasta salad or potato salad and coffee, tea or sodas.

Luncheon Salads

Fruited Chicken Salad - Chicken salad with grapes, almonds and crunchy celery garnished with fresh fruit. Served with a croissant.

Season’s Best - Selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Served with choice of yogurt or cottage cheese and a low fat muffin.

Chicken Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce topped with marinated grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, garnished with tomato and served with a traditional Caesar dressing. Can also be topped with salmon or shrimp.

Strawberry Chicken Salad - Mixed salad greens topped with crumbled bleu cheese, grilled chicken, strawberries and walnuts. Served with a honey-ginger dressing.

Oriental Chicken Salad - Mixed greens, teriyaki glazed grilled chicken breast, crispy noodles, mandarin oranges, sesame seeds and almonds tossed with a special oriental dressing.
All salads include rolls and coffee, tea or sodas.
