Chicken & Shrimp Imperial - Sautéed chicken breast topped with shrimp, asparagus and Hollandaise sauce. All entrees are served with choice of garden, mandarin orange or Caesar salad, choice of two accompaniments, rolls, beverage and dessert.
Chicken Picatta - Breaded boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a lemon wine sauce with capers.
Chicken Kiev - Boneless chicken breast stuffed with butter and herbs.
Chicken Walnut Ravioli - Sliced chicken with toasted walnuts in a white wine garlic sauce over cheese ravioli garnished with dried cranberries. Can be served without chicken also.
Chicken Marsala - Sautéed chicken breast served with sliced mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce.
Roasted Turkey - Served with dressing.
Prime Rib of Beef (10 oz.) - Roasted with herbs and garlic.
Mixed Grill - Broiled 4 oz. filet of beef and a marinated boneless breast of chicken.
Tenderloin of Beef - Two slices of roasted tenderloin with Bearnaise sauce or wild mushroom sauce.
